Product Availability
Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the next day provided payment is validated/received before 14h00 hours. Standard Delivery time on stock available is 1- 5 working days. Should the product not be in stock please allow 10 working days plus freight transit time to refill stock availability. If stock cannot be refilled, then alternative will be offered or order will be cancelled. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Shesha will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
When you click to make a purchase with us, legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Standard delivery time on available product is 1 - 5 working days from receipt of confirmed order and full payment reflecting in our bank account by 14h00.

This Delivery Policy forms part of and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions. Please note that in certain circumstances a delivery option may not be available to a Customer due to factors beyond the reasonable control of Shesha.
Delivery methods for deliveries from Shesha will include:
Via Courier to the Customer's chosen delivery address,
When effecting delivery at the customer's premises or such other premises as nominated by the Customer, the Customer shall be responsible for receiving, unpacking and checking the Products in the presence of the representative making delivery.
Delivery of the products at the shipping or delivery address nominated by the Customer shall constitute good delivery. Any acknowledgement of receipt by the Customer or any authorised representative or employee of the Customer, whether direct or indirect, in writing or otherwise shall serve to also confirm delivery. If, on the instructions of the Customer, the Products are delivered to a carrier for delivery to the Customer, delivery to the Customer shall be deemed to have been duly effected on delivery to the carrier who shall at all times be and remain the Customer's agent for purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of short delivery, the Customer shall forthwith upon delivery endorse Shesha’s copy of the delivery note specifying details of the short delivery and thereafter within three (3) days of such delivery the Customer shall lodge a claim with Shesha by emailing support@sheshalifestyle.com in respect of such short delivery. In the event that the Products are delivered in a damaged or defective state, the Customer shall forthwith upon delivery endorse Shesha's copy of the delivery note detailing the damage or defects to the Products and the Customer shall within seven (3) days of such delivery notify Shesha of such damage or defects in the Products delivered, following which the Returns Policy shall be followed. On compliance by the Customer with the requirements of this Delivery Policy, and provided Shesha agrees with the information supplied by the Customer, Shesha will or may apply a credit, subject to the provisions of the Returns Policy. Subject to the CPA, and notwithstanding the provisions of this Delivery Policy, Shesha shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage occasioned by reason of the circumstances set out above.
Shesha offers free delivery to anywhere in South Africa on any order R800 and over. Any orders under R800 will include a R99 shipping fee. Shesha offers worldwide shipping. Orders received from outside the borders of South Africa will be billed accordingly. This will escalate reasonably from time to time. The order will take around 1 to 5 working days to be delivered to the chosen delivery address, depending on the location and method of delivery. The order can be tracked by clicking on the Fastway link on the Shesha Website or by contacting the support@sheshalifestyle.com. Although reasonable care shall be taken, Shesha accepts no responsibility whatsoever for incorrect delivery details or, if an unauthorised person at the delivery address, accepts delivery of the order and Products.
For purposes of this clause, Shesha shall include any Affiliate, agent or independent contractor who may effect delivery on behalf of Shesha. Shesha recommends that you use its nominated Courier – Fastway, for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hour customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered. International customers should make use of a courier that offers: 1. Shipment tracking. 2. Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account. Disclosure of outlet country at time of payment
Undelivered Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this event take place, we will attempt to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Order Processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflects in our bank account.
Refunds/Returns & Exchanges Policy for Website Purchases Only
In Order for a Refund / Return and or Exchange to be considered: - The purchaser must provide proof of purchase - Goods must be in original condition with packaging - Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase - A valid RA number is required in writing from support@sheshalifestyle.com
On receipt of a valid RA number via mail from the support@sheshalifestyle.com. The customer may proceed with the return of the product in line with the Shesha Return Policy. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of receipt of written approval of refund. No Refunds on Sale Items.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sheshalifestyle.com. We will issue a RA number for a valid return request. On receipt of the RA number, send your item to: G51, Brightwater Commons, Republic rd, Randburg, 2125, Johannesburg, Gauteng South Africa 2125. Shesha agrees to returns and exchanges of Products provided that the following provisions shall be applicable, as well as those set out in the Delivery Policy and Returns Policy:
Returns of Products to any physical retail outlet will be free, provided that the relevant outlet stocks the purchased Product. In instances where the services of a Courier are used to facilitate the return of Products, the Customer shall be fully responsible for payment of any fees or expenses for such returned Products; The Customer shall not be refunded for any delivery cost under any circumstances; Any refund or credit will only take place once Shesha has received and processed the return of the Products.
This Returns Policy forms part of and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions and includes the Shesha general in store returns and refunds policies. Please note that in certain circumstances a returns option may not be available to a Customer due to factors beyond the reasonable control of Shesha.
Returns of all Products can occur in one of the following ways, namely (1) directly to a Shesha outlet or store, or, 2) by Courier.
In Store return: when returning products to a Shesha store directly, the customer will follow the usual In Store Return Process. The Customer will be required to furnish proof of purchase (invoice or delivery note), produce the card utilized (credit, cheque or debit card) and the normal in store return conditions shall apply.
Courier return: when returning Products via Courier, the Customer must first acquire a RA number via mail from support@sheshalifestyle.com. A reference number and a return address will be issued to the Customer. The Customer must then insert the products being returned into appropriate packaging and this will be collected by the Courier in accordance with the instructions received from Shesha. The courier charge will be deducted from the return credit.
While the Shesha system will reflect an estimated credit value before the return is concluded, this estimated credit value is subject to change based on the condition of the returned Products once received by Shesha.
Refunds will occur as follows:
For In Store returns: EFT and cash purchases will be refunded via a gift card/ Voucher or cash. Gift card/ Voucher purchases will be refunded by the issue of another gift card / voucher to the value of the credit. Credit card will be refunded to the applicable card. Debit Card will be refunded by Cash or EFT.
In the event that the return is done via Courier, if the Customer purchased the Products using a credit or cheque card, then the applicable card will be credited with the refund. Debit card purchases will require the customer to send their banking details to support@sheshalifestyle.com with the RA number as reference for the money to be refunded. EFT and cash purchases will be refunded via an electronic gift card / voucher only. Gift card / Voucher purchases will be refunded through the issuing of an electronic gift card / voucher to the value of the credit.
In the unlikely event of a non-collection by Shesha Store or a non-delivery from the courier, the Products being returned will be sent to the Shesha returns process facility. All Products returned via Courier shall also be sent to the Shesha returns facility. In the event a Customer fails to collect an order of Products at a chosen Shesha store, successive reminders to the Customer to collect the Products will be sent. If the Customer fails to collect the Products purchased within 21 (twenty one) days, Shesha reserves the right to sell the Products to defray expenses and no refund may be paid.
Shesha does not accept any responsibility if an employee or representative at the Customer's chosen address accepts delivery of the Products and is not authorized to do so, or does so under false or fraudulent circumstances. In the event of 2 (two) failed attempts to deliver the order of Products to the Customer at the chosen delivery address, the Products shall be returned to Shesha and the sale shall be reversed. The costs of the delivery/s and return of the Products shall be deducted from the credit due to the Customer. In the event of non-collection of the Products from one of the Shesha stores, the Products shall be returned to Shesha. The costs of the delivery and of the return of the Products to Shesha shall be deducted from the credit due to the Customer. In the circumstances, Shesha shall also not refund the cost of the Products, and the Products shall be sold to recover expenses incurred.
It is to be noted that Shesha is a fashion business and that it may not be able to recover the full cost or even part thereof. Where the Customer has elected to pay cash on delivery and receive the Products ordered at one of the Shesha stores, if the Products are not collected within 10 (ten) days, the sale will be cancelled.
Payment Options and Pricing
The Merchant Outlet Country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Shesha endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; you’re total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping). Shesha reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options.
Direct Deposit: You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Please email through your Proof of Payment to support@sheshalifestyle.com to ensure your payment is confirmed and order is shipped as quickly as possible.

Security Policy
Card transactions will be acquired for Shesha via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details will be stored by Shesha Lifestyle (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. When PayGate processes a transaction for you via any of our secure payment web services, the transaction is encrypted. We make use of the latest SSL encryption which encrypts all data sent from the browser to PayGate in such a way that only our servers can read it.
